This chapter is called "Open Season is Reopened".

Plot[]

(In the road of the forest, two police cars are parked in the ground next to the grass as the two police officers are seen eating donuts while on duty to track down fast drivers on the road)

  • Police #1: No sign of fast drivers. Crazy people these days.
  • Police #2: I'm going to grab myself a curl up donut tomorrow.
  • Police #1: I think you must be looking for a stuffed frosting donut.
  • Police #2: That's what i have been saving up!
  • Police #1: Hey, no sign of driver riding hundred miles per hour.
  • Police #2: It's what the sheriff always says.
  • Police #1: Thank Gordy for that. I bet he's going to give us a nice coffee break with cinnamon muffins and baked cookies at the Timberline office.
  • Police #2: They better save me a bunch of bagels for my lunch break.
  • News Reporter: *on the radio speaker* Breaking news! Live from Timberline, one of the hunters and Sheriff Gordy has signed a deal that Open Season has finally returned to the public. This season, Open Season returns for every hunter in the forest. Every hunter who has own a gun can come into the Timberline National Forest to start their hunting for Open Season. Come to the forest right now hunters where you can hunt every deer running around the grass. Come on down.
  • Police #1: Holy cannoli! Did Gordy bring back Open Season? No way! This have to be stopped!
  • Police #2: There is no way Open Season would be back to Timberline for the hunters to shoot up the poor animals like they did to the Mighty Grizzly in the forest.
  • Police Sheriff: *came in his car* Boys, the hunters are on the loose. They must be holding up their rifles with their flags and signs in support for Shaw. Get on the case!
  • Police #1: We'll be there.
  • Police #2: We'll stop Gordy that reopening Open Season is such a bad idea.
  • Police Sheriff: Get in your seats. It's going to be a bumpy ride.
  • Police #2: I'm telling you. It's getting crazy in here.
  • Police #1: And wild!
  • Police Sheriff: We better make our move or else all the animals would be dead by then. *he and his boys ride on their cars after Timberline.

(In the road, hunters are driving with their trunks with America flags on their windows, shooting with their guns in the sky and celebrating the return of Open Season)

  • Hunter #1: Open Season. Is Back!
  • Hunter #2: Rock on!
  • Hunter #3: It's a free forest now!
  • Hunter #4: Woo!
  • Hunter #5: All aboard the hype train!
  • Hunter #6: Hype train? This isn't a hype train. It's a hype road.
  • Hunter #5: Hype road on the way!
  • Hunter #4: Did you say hype road? Let's goooooooooo!!!

(The animals are relax in the forest as the hunters came with their trucks with the animals being scared and running off as gun shots are being heard in the road)

  • Hunter #1: Yee haw!
  • Hunter #2: For Timberline!
  • Hunter #3: It's going to be a rocky one.
  • Hunter #4: It can't be a rocky start.
  • Hunter #5: We're not trying to make up our own minds. It's the forest's problems, not us.
  • Hunter #6: We're going to be shooting for a dollar. *drive fast* Yahoo!

(Shaw, Ed and Edna walk back to the forest to see all the hunters driving their trucks fast on their way to the forest)

  • Shaw: We finally did it. We manage to bring back Open Season for the hunters.
  • Ed: We can shoot for a living again.
  • Edna: What do we do now?
  • Shaw: Walk and see if a animal cross by, we'll shoot it like a chicken crossing a road. *reload his sniper gun*

(Back at the forest, Alex and Boog's gang are walking to find a place to set up the circus in order to train for future shows)

  • Skipper: How long we been walking for?
  • Alex: Skipper, it's just a long forest. I know forests are not that easy to travel.
  • Private: We can't we take a airplane? We'll be dropped right at the corner.
  • Elliot: Who use planes? You're just cheating yourself.
  • Skipper: Like what do you expect from us? Like look at Rico, he's just doing nothing, but chewing on that fish can.
  • Rico: *chew on a can*
  • Boog: There is no need to rush on the forest. There is no hunters coming by, traffic rumbling up the road and squirrles throwing rocks at us.
  • McSquizzy: Hey, you trying to make fun of me?!
  • Boog: I'm not just trying to make fun of you.
  • Squirrels: *pop out of their trees* Oi!
  • McSquizzy: You'll be paying for a new acorn or i'll throw you in the face.
  • Boog: Sorry about that. No need to harm for a single bear.
  • Vitaly: Let's get going. We got a circus to practice.
  • Elliot: I didn't know you're practicing for a circus. What is it called again?
  • Mason: We have been called by many times. Circus Zaragoza, Afro Circus and Fur-K Circus. Fur-K Circus is our current name on our leadership.
  • Elliot: Eureka.
  • Ursa: I can't wait to dance on sticks.
  • Gia: Me and Alex will hold on together by the ropes.
  • Alex: We'll have our very special moment soon.
  • Skipper: We have the long way to get to our spot.
  • Marty: It's going to be at the mountains.
  • Melman: Right. Here we go.
  • Julien: All of that special courage is making me wanna stay up all day.
  • Sonya: *yawn*

(The background song "Tubthumping" by Chumbawamba by Tubthumping plays as the animals continue to walk through the forest as they pass by rocks, logs and bridges on the go)

  • Boog: Hey hey hey, it's about it.
  • Elliot: What it?
  • Boog: I mean, it's about time!
  • Kowalski: It's about time to go through the loops and find our precious area.
  • Boog: That's it. We're on the go.
  • Alex: Here we go now.

(The animals walk up the hills and run all together as they play with the flowers and blow roses in the sky. Elliot climb up a tree, but fell off with a lot of apples on his lap. Boog and Alex push together as they trip over a log to make a bridge as the animals walk into the log bridge to the other side. The animals jump on the big pebbles to pass by the lake and reach over to the pond. The penguins trip over a tree, screaming out "Timber!" as the tree fell with a lot of fruits as the animals eat all the fruits in one.)

  • Alex: *eat a apple* So good.
  • Marty: *eat a watermelon* So delicious.
  • Gloria: *eat a orange* Is it orange or it's just the fruit.
  • Melman: *eat a pear* Just the fruit. Also, this pear taste delicious than i thought.
  • Boog: We got the goods!
  • Elliot: Smooth real good.
  • Elvis: Oh great. I call it a trap.
  • Ian: Everyone deserve a snack!
  • Stefano: Eat up.
  • Elliot: *throw the apples up* Snacks forever!
  • Everyone: *laugh and rake the snacks up*
  • Marty: I made a snowflake.
  • Alex: It's a four-leaf clover.
  • Skipper: A fish stick!
  • Kowalski: I love you people.
  • Rico: *chew up a pear*
  • Private: One fruit a day. *throw a apple slice up* Yeah.
  • Boog: Living the life.
  • Elliot: Affirmative.

(The background song end and back at the trailer parks, Mr. Weenie and the dogs and cats wake up along with the owners as they head outside to prepare a BBQ-type breakfast)

  • Mr. Weenie: *bark* Good morning boys and girls.
  • Bob: Morning already? Time to start the grill. *start the grill as he place the hot dogs in*
  • Bobbie: Mr. Weenie, i didn't see you come outside.
  • Mr. Weenie: *bark and wiggle his tail*
  • Fifi: Another morning in another life. No rabbit can stop me.
  • Roberto: Oh boy. Here we go again.
  • Stanley: He he he. It's going to be a bumpy breakfast.
  • Rufus: Give me a whisker break!
  • Nate: Woof!
  • Charlene: Oh Mr. Weenie, you got the cooties in you.
  • Mr. Weenie: Cooties? Ew. No one want that on their furs more than fleas and termites like bed bugs.
  • Roberto: Just telling you man. It can get better if we just have breakfast.
  • Mr. Weenie: We haven't ate anything yet since we just woke up.
  • Bob: Bobbie, the pets need food. How about some breakfast for them.
  • Bobbie: Coming right up.
  • Fifi and Roberto's owner: Prepare the bowls full of food and water.
  • Everyone: *the owners pour in food and water in each pet bowls*
  • Mr. Weenie: Ooh.
  • Bobbie: Food and water is in the bowl! Come and get it!
  • Fifi: Oh my. Now i'm starving to eat.
  • Roberto: There it goes.
  • Roger: Food time!
  • Everyone: *the pets eat food on their bowl and drink water on the other bowl*
  • Mr. Weenie: This dog food taste great than i could imagine.
  • Roger: Cat food is delicious! *laugh*
  • Stanley: Whatever.
  • Charlene: When are we going to hang out with Boog and his new friends?
  • Rufus: They even got a zoo lion. Plus, the penguins are also there, doing some secret agent type skills on the go.
  • Mr. Weenie: That zoo lion is going to hear out his roar to the whole audience and i really wanna see that.
  • Charlene: We already got a circus in the woods the other day. Now there's another one.
  • Rufus: It's a all-animal circus. What do you expect?
  • Stanley: I expect for them to just chill.
  • Roger: They can't chill. They gotta learn their basics!
  • Rufus: Well we better check out of them.
  • Mr. Weenie: I wanna see how the circus performs.
  • Fifi: It's going to be another long boring journey, is it?
  • Mr. Weenie: No. It's ain't going to be that boring to us. We gotta go and see the circus.
  • Fifi: You don't want me to clown myself into a bunch of clowns that throw balloons and tricks into your faces.
  • Charlene: Don't be such a clown Fifi. We can get over this if we want to.
  • Fifi: Well i wanna go and check what the circus does.
  • Mr. Weenie: Well we better go back and see the circus.
  • Rufus: I knew the bear is going to play a lot of tricks on us.
  • Charlene: Let's go then. What are you waiting for?
  • Mr. Weenie: Let's roll out!
  • Nate: Woof woof! *he and his friends head out to Alex and Boog's gang*
  • Bobbie: Don't forget to pass out the drinks.
  • Bob: You're welcome. At least, we got Fanta and Gatorade as the drinks for today.
  • Bobbie: Ooh, the pets are heading out. Where are there going?
  • Bob: Let the pets have their own moment. They can always hang out everywhere in the woods. Let them have their private property like always. We don't have to tell them to go out and hang out like teen dogs in the streets.
  • Bobbie: They'll be sweet and cute in their own little thing.
  • Bob: That's what i like. Yeah.

(Back with the animals, the gang is almost to their destination on finding a area close to the mountains)

  • Alex: Without a map, we are almost to our destination on the mountains.
  • Marty: You want us to practice on top of the mountains?
  • Alex: We're going to be practicing on the ground. We wouldn't practice on the pointy rocks when we're like in the top of the mountain with all of that freezing weather like a blizzard.
  • Skipper: If we were performing on a blizzard, we all would have freeze to death.
  • Gia: It's better to practice in the warm weather.
  • Stefano: Eh. I am a seal. So it doesn't matter any necessary if a seal can perform in the cold or in the warm. I can perform in both.
  • Vitaly: Everyone have a opinion on performing in each weather of element and that's okay by me.
  • Sergio: *see a owl flying* Mr. Boog, there's a owl flying by.
  • Elliot: A owl!
  • Boog: Ooh. I never seen a owl before. I wonder who could it be?
  • ???: *the owl land on the tree branch* Hello you guys. My name is Miss Feathers. Are you going out anywhere around the woods.
  • Boog: No Miss Feathers. Well, we're actually performing for a upcoming show.
  • Miss Feathers: A show you say? There have been a show on the circus before on the woods.
  • Ursa: I was in that circus before i moved with the big bear.
  • Boog: I love my mate so much.
  • Miss Feathers: Happy lovings. And where are you going furry animal?
  • Alex: Furry animal? I'm a lion. I roar in the jungle, roar in the wild and the king of New York City!
  • Boog: You're the king of New York City? As a Mighty Grizzly, i am the king of Timberline.
  • Vitaly: You would have been the king of any place in the world like California.
  • Miss Feathers: Animal kings. Wow, that's a new thing i heard.
  • Elliot: Only on Animal Planet. Ha! Am i right?
  • Boog: You watch too much TV, don't you Elliot?
  • Elliot: Of course not.
  • Boog: If you don't, why are you making such references?
  • Elliot: Cause they're fun, like Easter eggs!
  • Skipper: Me and the boys catch an egg once in the ice when we were chicks.
  • Private: I was the baby in the egg.
  • Skipper: That's when we raise a little soldier like Private.
  • Private: Aw.
  • Miss Feathers: Where are you heading again?
  • Alex: All the way to the mountains to perform our circus acts.
  • Boog: We're going to put up a good show.
  • Miss Feathers: I would love to come. Call me when you have the circus ready.
  • Alex: Aye aye owl.
  • Miss Feather: Happy travels. Hope you deliver a great show for the audience. Bon voyage! *fly off*
  • Gloria: She's such a nice owl.
  • Melman: I'm telling you. She got the basics.
  • Kowalski: She remind me of that owl from the North Wind that i used to love.
  • Skipper: *hit Kowalski* Give me a break Kowalski. I know you got eyes on her.
  • Kowalski: I think i got eyes on any female bird in the world.
  • Skipper: What do you expect from us? Dollars?
  • Private: I'm a cute boy.

(Mr. Weenie and the pets arrive to see Alex and Boog's gang on their way to the training spot as Miss Feathers just left the tree branch)

  • Mr. Weenie: Boog, Elliot, we found you.
  • Elliot: Mr. Weenie.
  • Boog: How did you find us here?
  • Mr. Weenie: We just know the way. Off we go and we found the secret place to find you guys by taking a shortcut.
  • Charlene: We just saw you guys talking to a bird. Were you talking to a owl?
  • Boog: Uh, no. It was a strange bee hive painted in grey.
  • Rufus: I don't remember seeing a bee hive painted in grey.
  • Roger: Never seen a thing like that before.
  • Nate: Woof!
  • Alex: Pets, we're just on our way to perform our circus acts close to the mountains. Wanna join us for a circus training session?
  • Mr. Weenie: We were just talking about it.
  • Rufus: That's what we have been referring to.
  • Alex: Then what are you waiting for? Let's go!
  • Boog: We're almost there.
  • Ursa: Getting closer.
  • Ian: Any day now.
  • Vitaly: It's just the tip of a rock.
  • Mr. Weenie: Please be a pinky swear, please be a pinky swear, or a promise!

(The animals made it to the area with a lot of fields and close to the mountains)

  • Alex: Whoa.
  • Boog: Dang lion. You're right.
  • Marty: Holy Sugar Honey Iced Tea, it is real.
  • Elliot: Did we just pass this pass?
  • Alex: We're like far from the national forest. This is it.
  • Mr. Weenie: Ya. It's the whole forest.
  • Melman: We got the whole world in our hands.
  • Boog: Ha! This look like the perfect spot to train our circus acts.
  • Vitaly: This is where you want us to perform.
  • Boog: I didn't make the rules. You made them up.
  • Vitaly: It's only up to the lion, hippo, zebra and giraffe. They're the leaders now. I'm co-leading them.
  • Alex: Well, i'll say. Let's set up the circus!
  • Boog: okie dokie. Chokie dokie. Let's make this circus nice and neat with a lot of rainbow love!
  • Everyone: Yeah!

(The animals prepare Circus Zaragoza as the deers use the pills and hammers to hit on the ropes to put up a circus tent as Alex and Boog use all the tools and items they need. The ducks hold the signs up the logs as the circus flags are on the top of the tent. The penguins shoot fireworks everywhere in the sky as the popcorn is set up from a firework explosion in the sky.)

  • Skipper: We made history.
  • Kowalski: Free popcorn for everyone!
  • Everyone: *eat the popcorn*
  • Alex: Crunchy.
  • Boog: It doesn't taste that crunchy to me. It's soft.
  • Alex: Come on Boog. It gotta taste like crunchy-ness in here.
  • Boog: Crunch chocolate bars are crunchy.
  • Elliot: And Woo-hoos!
  • Boog: *move the ball around* Inside. And outside.
  • Elliot: Ha! You nail it!
  • Boog: I nail it like a old school classic bear.
  • Alex: My god. This is what a real circus feels like.
  • Vitaly: Is this what you wanted?
  • Alex: Yes. All set up and all what i need.
  • Gia: It's beautiful, isn't it?
  • Ursa: How gorgeous.
  • Mr. Weenie: Ya. It feels like we're performing in another circus.
  • Charlene: Amazing.
  • Rufus: All good deed.
  • Alex: Mr. Weenie, i think the dancing dogs got something to say about you guys.
  • Mr. Weenie: Ooh, what they want from us?
  • Frankie: Yo, you want a challenge with us?
  • Mr. Weenie: What challenge do you offer us?
  • Freddie: We got the deals. You ever skate or dress up.
  • Charlene: I'll do some skating with you.
  • Rufus: You and me Charlene. We'll be spinning over with that sexy sexy sexy moment.
  • Charlene: Aw, Rufus.
  • Fifi: That's my kind of man.
  • Jonesy: Hey, where do we feature?
  • Fifi: You just gotta wait and see for yourselves.
  • Shakey: We got no time to chill.
  • Sammy: It's about time to practice.
  • Bobby: This is for the circus.
  • Alex: I'm getting some feedback here.
  • Boog: What are the animals saying?
  • Manu: I can't wait to swing on silk ropes.
  • Maya: That's my passion.
  • Julien: Sonya, we got a moment here, what do you think?
  • Sonya: *growl*
  • Julien: *pet Sonya's fur* That's my little bear girl.
  • Esmeralda: We're gonna bounce on the trampolines with our butterfly wings on.
  • Esperanza: We'll be attached to it.
  • Ernestina: Can't wait for the rainbow colors.
  • Boog: What about us? What are we gonna do about the circus? Watch as the audience?
  • Vitaly: You will be performing with us.
  • Everyone: *Boog's gang cheers* Yes!
  • Elliot: I can't wait to walk on the silk ropes.
  • Ian: I feel like a acrobat.
  • Buddy: Buddy.
  • Sergio: It does feel like a good time to perform in the circus.
  • Ursa: How will the circus work?
  • Alex: We're in the middle of practice mode right now. Marty will show you what performing will look like for all of us.
  • Marty: *get on the cannon and put on his helmet* I'm going to bomb myself like a holy cannoli.
  • Stefano: Will the penguins please fire up the rope on the rocket?
  • Skipper: Yes sir. *use a patch to fire up the rope* See you in the sky, flying zebra.
  • Marty: Let me be ready for it. *as the cannon blast him to the sky, he started flying* Wee-haw! Yeah! Flying like i'm in New York City! Woo hoo! *spin over a rainbow* I just pass over a rainbow! It's a little sparkle made out of love. Woo! *crash on the mountain and fall to crash on the ground* I'm okay! I'm okay!
  • Alex: Marty, you alright?
  • Gloria: Are you hurt?
  • Melman: Do you need a doctor?
  • Marty: No. I'm all good.
  • Boog: Who knew a zebra could fly when you have a bear running around a one-wheel bicycle.
  • Elliot: What time do we start training? I'm getting the hang of performing with my antlers.
  • Alex: Who wanna give it a shot on performing?
  • Gia: Let's practice in order to make it a good show.
  • Vitaly: Everyone in places. Choose a act you want to perform and we'll get started.
  • Skipper: It's like a day one patch, but soon will be day two when everyone get their acts worked perfectly.
  • Kowalski: Just in time to practice for our next tour.
  • Alex: Let's begin the training, once again! Last call!
  • Everyone: *cheers*

(The background song "Love Always Comes as a Surprise" by Peter Asher plays as the animals begin practicing their circus acts in the fields. Stefano launch himself from a cannonball and blast to the trees. Boog and Ursa roll the balls together by standing as Boog hold Ursa up high, spinning around. Gloria and Melman dance together ona tightrope as Gia persuades Alex to do the Trapeze Americano by swinging around.)

  • Alex: It feels a lot like Americano!
  • Gia: It is Americano!
  • Alex: *bite the wood with Gia* Do we eat the wood?
  • Gia: No silly. We're doing great. *continue to swing with Alex*

(The dancing dogs ride on roller skates with rockets, joining with Mr. Weenie's gang on the track)

  • Frankie: I'm having a blast!
  • Mr. Weenie: I feel like riding on a skateboard!
  • Fifi: Whoa, it's like running shoes, but with skating rockets on.
  • Charlene: It does feel like we're on a rocket blast*
  • Nate: Woof!
  • Roger: Woo! Yeah! Ha ha ha!
  • Mr. Weenie: Pretend i'm riding on a skateboard. *singing* Wiener dog, wiener dog, riding on a skateboard.
  • Roberto: Top notch pets. Woof woof!

(Elliot and the deers learn how to juggle with the balls)

  • Elliot: Everyone take it easy. We got this.
  • Giselle: Try to not make them fall through your hands.
  • Ian: I got this. Look how they like my shoulders.
  • Gisela: They're so simple.
  • Giselita: I can do this all day long.
  • Elvis: How much will i suffer?
  • Elliot: Relax Elvis. Just try to go with the first step on the left.
  • Elvis: First tries are always the best.
  • Elliot: You'll probably go for a second try.
  • Elvis: Uh, okay.

(Sonya ride on her unicycle with King Julien riding on her in love)

  • Julien: All the love is making me wanna explode! I'm getting the love fever!
  • Sonya: *yawn*
  • Julien: Who's the cute baby bear now?

(The penguins stand together as they are about to do a backflip on the mat)

  • Skipper: Backflip everyone. One two three.
  • Everyone: One, two, three. *backflip on the mat*
  • Kowalski: This is what we're gonna at the circus?
  • Skipper: We always perform new tricks. With some magic.
  • Private: I should be feeling some magic love if we were still performing in Russia.
  • Skipper: We go everywhere around the world, silly.
  • Rico: *chew his fins*
  • Private: You guys are the best pals.
  • Skipper: *hug his friends* So do we.

(Mason and Phil open up a glass of ginger ale together as they pour their cups and cheers)

  • Mason: Fresh ginger ale on the isle.
  • Phil: *make monkey sounds and drink with Mason*
  • Mason: That's how we put up a good show.

(The animals perform their acts all together perfectly as Vitaly watches them and impressed them with his heart)

  • Vitaly: Great work you guys. We will soon be on a showdown.

(The background song end as back in Timberline, Gordy watches all the trucks moving to the forest while sitting and eating his chicken and ride on the table as Beth show up as disappointed following the return of Open Season)

  • Beth: Gordy, we need to talk.
  • Gordy: Is there anything serious you want to show me? I'll have a seat for you.
  • Beth: Thank you. *sit with Gordy*
  • Gordy: Now where were we?
  • Beth: What is wrong with you? Why did you bring back the most dangerous season when all of us disagree to not bring it back years ago? What make you think you could bring back a season for letting those hunters go and kill up these animals?!
  • Gordy: I'm sorry. I had no choice. Shaw push me to bring it back. I couldn't find a way to arrest him and his friends.
  • Beth: You only had one time, but to arrest Shaw and his friends.
  • Gordy: I should have arrest him years ago after that terror war with the animals back at the forest. I was a bitty bum all along in my years of being a sheriff. I think i should step down on my position.
  • Beth: No Gordy. Don't just give up as the sheriff. You always face your trying times like that one time when you almost shot up Boog and the little deer in the show incident.
  • Gordy: But you're the one that shot the bear with the deer.
  • Beth: How do you know? I don't just shoot up animals just because they're endangered, i'm a tour guide. I've seen people walking with their dogs in the sidewalk, kids eating their Kid Cuisine and Lunchables for lunch and dinner, people riding their bikes in the morning and people going through blood test appointments for their new jobs.
  • Gordy: And i work in the office for a living. Is that clear?
  • Beth: We all have jobs. Does these hunters look like they have jobs to you? No. They just shoot up animals for a living.
  • Gordy: I gotta do to stop this season from happening. I should have arrest Shaw and his friends if i had the time to mark him as guilty as his cousin!
  • Beth: We got a plan and we're going to figure it out to stop Open Season.
  • Gordy: We know what to do my friend. Let's go back to the office to make some errands.
  • Beth: We'll bring back the forest to a better life without any shootings.
